Global Supply Chain Operations as part of Engineering & Business Service center ensures to maintain the required system updates in SAP and communicate with stakeholders globally in relates Vessel Operations & other shipments / route creations. It should have 100% timely deliverables to all stakeholders along with process initiatives. The department is operating Globally, so an International Experience comes with the job. We are looking for skilled personals who are well structured, well organized and ready to work in an International Environment with many Cultural Differences. You need to be able to handle large amount of data, coordinating with various stake holders

Vestas Job Opening Responsibilities

  • Implement SAP updates based on inquiries / requests from our sales business units according to defined processes
  • Maintain Project Builder Data and ensure quality level
  • Implement Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly check of data according to processes
  • Handling Work flow Issues, providing Resolutions for Park & Blocked Invoices to AP Team
  • Service and actively communicate with internal/ external stakeholder from all over the world for tasks being done with in GSC Ops
  • Ensure timely reporting, feedback and communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Cross Functional involvement with in Supply Chain Planning to track & encourage the status of new projects
  • GR & IR reconciliations & Follow up on Park /Blocked Invoices
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree for instance in Supply Chain Planning / Logistics
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Buyer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package required (Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP MM / SAP
  • Knowledge on PO creation process and Shipping / Freight Forwarder Process
