Job Description

Position: PROCESS ASSOCIATE

Greetings from Prodapt Solutions Pvt Ltd!!

We are recruiting Freshers (B.E / B.Tech / BCA / BSC Graduates – 2018, 2019 & 2020 Passed outs) for Process Associates (Technical Non-Voice) and this position will be based in Chennai (Kandanchavadi / Thoraipakkam). We provide Telecom-specific technical support for our clients in the US. You will be provided with the basic process training for your role.

To become a part of Prodapt – TOPS (Telecom Operations Process & Services), you should be a GRADUATE and should have

• Good communication skills
• Good typing skills
• Should be willing to work in night shifts
• Should be an immediate joiner
